Made some adjustments to the Forum

For those of you that noticed, I made some changes. Here's an explanation of the new features:

1) Posts are now in order by date, so the last post made will be at the top. That way the least active topics will be at the bottom and the more active ones at the top.

2) You'll notice little boxes with check marks. The shaded ones mean "No New Post" and the lite up ones mean "New Posts."

3) Topic Icons have been added for new subjects .


4) A separate section for forum related issues -such as registering info, rules, and Q&A about the forum.

Anyways, these minor changes/additions will  make the board more user-friendly.

Thanks for this wonderful site. It's about the
only place we can come and talk about Billy.
I found some yahoo groups, but they are hardly
active at all. And I didn't write I can't write
here on the bottom of every post
