I recently posted a msg about Billy the kid getting shot while moving a picture of his mother. But somebody said that it was jesse james. I was just wondering if somebody could tell me the story?

It was Jesse James, not at all Billy the Kid. While at his home, Jesse James got up on a chair to straighten a picture on the wall and gangmember (and "Judas") Robert Ford shot him in the back of the head. Ford had hope to become a celebrity for killing James, but instead he was looked upon as a coward.
