My comments remain the same, let Dr. Starrs
decide if this is feasible, he sure won't waste
time on it if it isn't.

James Starrs has a reputation for being real eager to exhume and DNA test anyone he can. He is a paid participant in the investigation and I am sure if he concludes that the exhumations are feasible despite what is known about the current situation of the graves, his publicity and paycheck would reflect it.
