I'm sure that I read somewhere that it was only relativley recently that someone picked up on the fact that the Kid's authenticated Photograph was reversed and that he was, in fact, right handed. I am a tad surprised to read the following from uncle Pat's version of events pertaining to the demise of the kid..

In his memoir, "The Authentic Life of Billy the Kid," Garrett said he was sitting on the edge of a bed in the dark, asking about the Kid's whereabouts when the Kid entered with a revolver in his right hand and a knife in his left.

Why was this never picked up on or am I missing somethig?
