The investigators have already petitioned to exhume Billy the Kid and just last week Fort Sumner has filed to oppose it. So there will be a hearing.

As for a photo/avatar, you have to put one in yourself. When you registrated you had an option to put in an avatar icon from the Forum's own collection OR you can put one in of your choice from a varity of websites that offer free avatars. If you decide to use an avatar from the Forum's own collection, go back to the registration page when you first registered; you can do that by clicking on your name that is highlighted in blue (go to the Forum's home page, your name in blue will appear with "Logged in as..." at the top). Click on it and it should take you back to the registration page. Go to the drop down window and click on the option "Choose from the library".  There you can easily choose an avatar icon from the Forum's own collection.
