Based on what I am hearing, the sheriff and his posse are going to push this DNA/Court thing to the very end. I believe that it will go to a 'legal court hearing'. As for Billy's body being exhumed......it could go either way. Although, the sheriff is attempting to drum up support for his side. He's trying to make it sound like those of us that are opposed to the exhumation of Billy are 'obstructing justice/ an investigation'. For those who do not know a whole heck of a lot about Billy the Kid - they may be suckered into believing his body should be exhumed. A pardon for Billy the Kid???? There are to many 'strings' attached to this pardon that the governor has offered. I have a gut feeling that he too, will renig. He's been to wishy washy in interviews for me to believe anything he says.

Instead of fixing the many problems of our country, here the law is trying to dig up someone! Government Intelligence for 'ya! (Sorry, that's an oxymoron)

And "obstruction of justice/investigation" where the heck did that come from? But I think Billy should pardoned. Whether the government upholds there end of the bargain is a different story.
